Shipping and Liability

Elijah Green Styling LLC is not liable for delayed shipments, lost packages, or delivery disruptions caused by carriers, customs, or other third-party entities.

Clients are required to place orders 7–12 weeks in advance of the date the clothing is needed to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ordering and Payment Terms

All clients must electronically sign a contract before any order is processed.

A 50% deposit of the total invoice is required to initiate production. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Payments shall only be accepted through official payment methods provided by Elijah Green Styling LLC. Alternative forms of payment will not be honored.

Communication Policy

Official communication will be conducted strictly through email correspondence. Text messaging is prohibited during the ordering process and the duration of the Elijah Green Styling experience.

Product Accuracy and Variations

Elijah Green Styling LLC guarantees accuracy and detail in product descriptions. Clients acknowledge that minor variations in material, color, or craftsmanship may occur, which shall not constitute grounds for dispute, refund, or liability.

Refund Policy

Refunds, when approved, will be returned through the original payment method used.

A formal refund request must be submitted via email, with detailed reasoning for the request. Elijah Green Styling LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

Privacy & Data Protection

During the ordering process, Elijah Green Styling LLC collects personal data, including name, address, IP address, email, and phone number, to ensure accuracy in communication and shipment.

Clients grant permission for Elijah Green Styling LLC to disclose necessary information to shipping companies and stylists for order fulfillment.

Clients maintain the right to update or correct personal information by submitting changes via email.

Security measures are in place to safeguard all personal data provided.

Social Media & Content Guidelines

Clients may post images, videos, or content of their Elijah Green Styling experience, provided it is appropriate and professional, and must include the official tag #elijahgreenstyling. Any content containing offensive language, nudity, or inappropriate material is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in legal action.

Elijah Green Styling LLC reserves the right to share client reviews, photos, and testimonials on the official @elijahgreenstyling Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Legal Enforcement

This Agreement shall be governed and enforced under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Elijah Green Styling LLC is registered.

In the event that the Client elects to provide their own body measurements, rather than being measured directly by Elijah Green Styling LLC, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that Elijah Green Styling LLC

Any breach of the terms herein may result in immediate termination of services and pursuit of  legal remedies.
